Can I beat my bosses 91 5.0?

heres what ive got GM HO350/330:
Cam-Intake lift- .435",Exhaust Lift- .460".
Intake Duration @ .050"-212,Exhaust duration @ .050" 222,
Vortec Cast iron heads
9.1 to 1 compression ratio.
Edelbrock shorties, custom y-pipe into 3in piping into flowmaster 40series, no cat
Spohn SFC's
10bolt 3:73's
700r4 shift kit with 2400 stall
AC delete
B&M megashifter
Boxed LCA's
36/24 sways
TDS wonderbar
LS1 aluminum ds
My boss has a 91 5.0(pretty sure on the year) and is always running his mouth about how he can take me and to go home and get my car and race cause its not my dd. His stang is all stock except for maybe some different gears in the rear and no cat. This is a long standing argument (though all in good fun) between us and since their is no track in Little Rock I am a little reluctant to do it on the street. Can I take him??
Also what kinda numbers could I expect at the track theres one about 100 miles away that me and my uncle with his 94Z28 (loaded with bolt ons) wants to go.

If his car really is stock, then you should take it hands down. Assuming your car is tuned right and you can drive it like you stole it.

ok baby, you have a CAMARO and your boss has a Mustang so you've already won...
Race him man, but check brakes first and tell him: who loses pay the speed ticket ok! ha ha!
Good luck!

I pretty much figured I did but I just kinda wanted to be reassured that Id walk him like a dog, but then again he just might be playing with my head Ive rode in it before and it doesnt seem to be stock compared to other mustangs Ive been in. Ive asked him but he says its stock. I know hes definitely not running any kind of power adder like laughing gas or a blower it just sounds to me like hes got a little hotter cam than he says. guess theres only one way to find out!
********
also can anyone give me some time estimates of what I could expect to run??
thanks!

The '91 Mustang GT is a low to mid 15 second car, stock. I don't know why those who own them think they're so freakin' fast.

Only if it's an auto, manuals will run into the mid 14s.

That aside if all he has is gears, you'll stomp him.

at the track if you dial it in, have it on a good set of DRs and drive it like you stole it bottom 13s would be there, maybe a high 12 on a good day.

A stick LX with gears and no cats as described is a low 14 second car. An auto GT might be mid 15s at 1500+ elevation (mine went 15.3 at that elevation), but any stick 5.0 better be in the 14s. The owners do theink they are fast, and a good amount arent, but there are a few out there that will scare you, with very little done. Those are the guys you gotta watch out for.

okay guys heres an update, I knew this mustang wasnt stock, he came clean with me when I came into work this evening heres his mods:
HBK longtubes, true duals to flowmaster(not sure which series)
K&N air filter
Cam dont know the specs but its definitely not the stock cam(like I said just listening to it I could tell it wasnt) he said it was a very mild cam and ill agree with that he said it was some sort of a B cam. Im not really familiar with ford or mustangs but he said that there are some sort of different grade cams according to A,B,C dont know if this is accurate but maybe someone can clear this up.
Well after I learned the truth what do you guys think now of the matchup.

Ford has what is called the alphabet cams... B, E, F, etc... The B cam is the most mild (between the B and the E) and on a stock car wouldnt do much. The long tubes are nice, and we ALL have true duals (all after 1985 that is). Im sure he has no cats and the average 40 series Flowmaster catback. Car might be in the 13s, but whose to say with mileage and the like... Guess hes running 13s, hope he is running slower and go from there!

if the track you are talking about is centerville it's 1000 foot track for the street classes and 1\8 for everything else you have to be in the mid 8's in 1000 to be compete because they changed it to where car does not have to be insured or taged to run in street class because of gas and insurance cost to drive to the track

yup centerville is where I was wanting to head to. Do you happen to know if they opened up a track in Bee Branch I had been hearing rumors of it was supposed to have opened on memorial day weekend but havent heard anything else or had the chance to make my way up there.
