My camaro is a 1984 berli based, z28 conv. 3.23 rear, 355 about 9:1 882's, .420, .442 cam 1.52 roller tips, 2460's hooker cat back, th-350 transgo kit, but 2-3 shift is "lagging lil" bit", new firstone indy 500 tires.

Vs. Roommates stock 01 3.8 5 speed stang, with recent tune-up.

Being that am 18 have not raced ANYBODY with my Car that i JUST FINISHED 3 months ago, and only drove for TWO WEEKS before storing it, and have NEVER DRIVEN his car, i figured SOMEBODY might know how fast his car is and maybe tell me how i might compare.

Stock 01 V6 Mustang, mid 15's at best with a good driver.
Third Gen w/ mild 355 - low 14's high 13's, provided its in a good state of tune.

 

You'll destroy him, kid-o, unless you put your car in reverse..he doesn't have much of a chance... take a video for us!

 

I dont think those 882 heads are anything to write home about...

 

Believe me i know this. Looking for a good set vortecs too install this spring but until then it's crappy smogger heads.
