welp, i was on my way home from a local car meet with my girlfriend(had to drag her there lol) but any i notice a nice looking firebired formula comming up on me, so i turn to my gf and say, you wana see me get smoked?? HUGE smile on her face haha so im like ok w.e lets do it i give the 3 honks and take off.....to my suprise i was about a fender ahead of him all through 3rd gear, i was going nuts i didnt know what was happening lol...but then, of course he smokes me once i hit 4th. What a way to kill my ego huh

 

Close! I have a 96 lt1 T/A auto bone stock for my daily driver. I raced a tpi auto corvette at the track one time. He pulled me out of the hole and to the 1/8th mile by about 2-2.5 car lenths. but I realed him in by the quarter. It sounded like it just had a cat-back. but he said it was stock. shows how much low end the l98 moters have!

 

Nice. Gotta Know when to let off. Sounds like a ton of fun. I wish I didn't have my tickets. O well.

What do you have done to your car?

 

Ive got a 305tbi with headers,exhaust,1.6rockers,and some good ol sfc's. Got the 350 in the garage though, thank god.
