V6 Chevette
How fast would one of these things be? 3.8L buick v6 and tubbed out? I've heard they weigh 2200lbs.

Chevettes are only cool if they have a caddy 500 ci motor in them or put one of those falconer v-12 engines in and watch her go.
LoL, i saw that article where they stuffed a 500ci in a chevette a while back in one of the magazines...i couldnt stop laughing, i forgot how fast it was running though

Friend of mine had a light blue Chevette with a nice big block in it. I guess you would call the intake a calliope intake cause that's what it looked like sticking out of the hood lol. It was on the cover of a mag in the early 80's along with one other car. His shop backed up to my dad's shop in Orange County Ca. that guy had a lot of crazy toys hehe.

it ran 12's i think, the whole car only cost $1200 and the motor was stock. I WANT ONE!!!!!
