why the hell is my car running so slow. i had a tune about 6 months ago,just changed the oil and greased the suspension 5 days ago.I know in have an exhaust leak at the driver side manifold.What could be wrong.

whats you trap speed down the 1/4? But first off thats teh ****ties 60' time I've ever seen! I mean I thought my car was bad with a 60' time of 2.4. My car runs down the track with like 94mph traps.

are you spinning lots at the starting line? or bogging it? how are you with shifting?
when are you shifting?


also, what elevation is your track at?

 

yea when are you shifting? Cause when I leave it in Drive. It shifts at 4.2k and I only go down the 1/4 in like the mid 15's. But when I shift manually at 5.5k I go high 14's. Theres something to consider...

This is your problem. Your o2 sensor is getting an inaccurate reading and trying to richen up the mixture.

Fix the leak and I'm sure you will make up some time.

BTW-

Did you run it with an egg under the gas pedal?

i shift at 5000 every gear. i don't power shift cause i wanna save my tranny.I spin a little bit at the start.
