Windshield molding...............W.T.F ??

Hey guy's,Hopefully someone can help me out ,Sometime shortly before I bought my formula the windshield was replaced and I just noticed that the rubber weather strip that goes around the outside of it is coming loose. Does anybody know if this is just supposed to lock into a track or if it is supposed to be held by some sort of adhesive?? If adhesive what type?? If it is meant to lock in it's not and will need to be replaced any idea how much $$
Thank's in advance.............SR

i think you use a special silicone to seal it. i am pretty sure it is black and i am sure theyhave it at canadian tire. its a Permatex product and is in a black tube.

hopefully that works. it says in a book i have to pry up the gasket with screw driver and apply the silicone under the edges of the weather stripping.

hopefully this helps

I don't think I will have to pry mine just hope it will stay on until I get back from buying the goop.... Funny when it was 10 below it looked fine but this heat softened it right up........I really have to buy a manual ....save asking obvious question's..........thank's again

Axle/Gears: Yup -- they still work
ha the same problem

I had the same problem on my Formula. I took some black gasket goop (pretty much my cure for everything) and filled the seams with it then put the weather strip back in place. Haven't had a problem since.
