Its free. June 14th and yes i did it once last year. and the hitting the wall thing is really over rated. if u cant drive 70 to 80 mph on a 1/2 mile oval while racin some punk in a riced out civic you shouldnt be drivin a third gen. [wich i dont anymore]

I've been to Delaware MANY times... it's 7 minutes from my house (speed limit). I will more than likely participate in King of the Hill near the end of the summer.

Last year there was some crazy green thirdgen doing mass burnouts all over the track... he got smoked, but the thing sounded tough. He brought it in on a trailer.

my dad was at deleware one night when a couple of guys brought a brand new 99 Trans Am. they were doing pretty well and had moved on a couple of rounds and were driving it pretty hard... until they put it into the wall. well instead of getting some help...they climbed over the wall and ran into the stands. turns out they had stolen the car earlier in the day from a dealership.

It was a kid stuffing a black WS-6 Trans Am into the wall at an amateur circle track event. The kid then got out and seemed very calm about the whole thing. They interviewed him and all he did was laugh about it. It turned that he was calm about it because he had stolen the car at a dealership he worked at. I hope this hasn't happened more than once.

I didn't catch it on Real TV, but I know it happened at Delaware. One of the few times I wasn't there.

Does insurance cover you for that type of racing?? What if I were to smash into a wall? Then what everything I've worked for over the past 3 years is just finished and I have to pay the bill? F*CK that idea if thats the case unless of course we are talking about some $100,000 first place prize or something like that..
