Hey guys

One of my headlight covers snapped in half, so im lookin to replace them. I called Apple Auto Glass and they want around $75 to replace them. Anyone know a place that sells them cheaper?????

thats about the going rate...i know i heard awhile back that gts went bankrupt or something..maybe you can go somewhere that bought a bunch at wholesale and are willing to pass on the unfortune of gts's demise...alos try crappy tire..thats where i got my ones for my cavalier...and then...theres always ebay and the buy and see..

-contact them and see who re-sells their products in Canada. However $75.00 for a kit (not a single cover) would probably be about right.


-Keep in mind though, that like alot of aftermarket companies, if they don't think there's much a market for a product- it gets yanked. The market today, as I'm sure we're all aware is Honda, VW and tiny "trucks" hahahaha- Rangers and S10s.

 

i heard you can get light covers for butt-cheap at wall-mart believe it or not.

helluva lot cheaper than the others, so now all i have to do is wait

 

Was this a Walmart with one of those autoparts counters? Or where in the store did you have to go to get them to order one for you?

 

I may be able to lend a hand to you. I think I still have an old black out set from my dad's iroc and its been in the garage for the longest time. I've had no inclination to put it on my SC so the next best thing I guess would be to lend a thirdgen owner a hand. I'll go check it out if its ok.

WALMART. As for ordering parts from them, I think all of the stores have Auto Parts now, I just called the store (Kitchener) and asked if they could get me the things i wanted, they looked and said they can order. just takes a few days to receive them is all.

 

I took a look and I found only the passenger side blackout. Sorry. I think the other one got lost in time like what happened to one of my center caps. It also has a camaro sticker on it too, but you can peel it off easily if this is the side you need.
