You may want to try the V6 board.

to make real power you will have drop a 350, but you may not wish to do this, which is fine. now i would not go spending too much on the V6, but a high-flo catalytic converter, a nice mandrel-bent catback exhaust system and a home-built cold air intake with a K&N filter would put some pep in the ol' 2.8. dynomax makeas a good 2.5" mandrel bent system with a super turbo muffler. dont spend too much on the V6......save up for a V8.

I'd say the only thing to do with V6 is convert it to V8. However, that's not worth it in my opinion. What I'd do is use the V6 for a beater and save the coin to get good V8 car.

Orrr...Go get GM Power or GM Perfomance catalogue and check out the 60 degree V6 section(for circle track)They have bulletproof parts there..Use as much parts as on the catalogue and spray the shnit out of it..Then buy the "Life after bancruptcy "book

I've heard a rumour that Buick makes a nice little v6 with reasonable power, drop one of those in

I have seen headers for the 2.8V6 in Blazers and Jimmy's... there must be some for the F-Body

I would go with the mandrel bent exhaust route... not too much though, well unless you can get more flow going INTO the engine. 2.5" mandrel should be good.

Exhaust and intake will open her up nicely.
