We have a Sunfire too. 1995. Head gasket went, then it took the bottom end and I had to put a new engine in it.
I hope it's a little more reliable to you than to us.

no, times arn't tough. Down payment on a house and good reliable transportation. Gas is a little easier, my winter beater got towed a couple weeks ago. 81 k-car with 80000 kms, i bought it from my greandma, it sat in the drive way for years till i said , what do you want for it. i got it for a toonie, four years ago, battery and an alternator and the thing never skipped a beat. The engine was really tired, and really low on compression so i retired it to car heaven( junkyard). But i have to do whatr i have to do. Ill get another one down ther road, and sure as helll ain't leavin this board. So im kinda happy i get my new car tommorrow but im gonna cry when i sign the ownership over to my camaro. Iver put tons of cash and tons of time in it. But hey, ill manage. Have any of you guys ever looked at what your car is worth on the used car apckage the freakin govnt gives. three yaers ago, my car was worth 4900$ retail, now 2250 retail. 975 wholesale ahahahhahaha wow depreciation

not in my mind.

well a house is good thing always...

As for another car well good luck with it... I'd say just keep the old car in storage... you'd save a bundle just dropping the insurance on it...

That funny you said that. The Roc's gas gauge is has a mind of its own. Whe its warm, the gauge works from half tank, to empty. When its cooler, the gauge only comes on when im pretty low. A couple times, im thinkin my gas has to be low for sure. I always watch how many kms im gone. And the thing wil come on when there like no gas. OHHH ****, gas station please hahahha ohhhh well. I had my girlfriend drive it home yesterday, and i told her to hit it cause iv never heard the car outside, while driving in a =nother car. Sounds awsome. we were almost at my house, and she slows down to a dead stop. I roll down all my windows, and she frerakin hammers it. Gets alittle sideways, and she never lets off. hung with it and strasightened out and kept going. Man that car gets up and gooooooooos. I was very impressed she never let off, she kept the hammmer down. Whata trooper. She was like, you have to keeep it. Mean while she says its a good idea to sell. hahahhaha ohhh well, maybe if i let her drive it again, maybe ill show up in the Roc. hahahhaha
