Pics of the new beater......
Here's my new daily driver. I already like it more than my turdgens. It's a '99 Dakota R/T. It is sloooowwwww but it's fun to drive. Now i'll be able to tow the Z28 home when I break the 700R4/10 bolt.

Is it a 5.9L? Those are actually pretty quick... or at least feel quick sittin in em. I like those dakotas. Look great the way they are altho I do like those aftermarket two vent ram air hoods

I just saw one of those exactly like that for sale at Humberview chev olds on Bloor St. Did you buy it from a GM dealer?
If so, I took it for a test drive just for kicks..

I bought it at Dilawri Dodge here in Ottawa. The R/T package gets you the 5.9L, 3.92 9.75" rear end, big sway bars, and a 1" lowering all the way around. You also get the cheesey decals.
Steve, we'll have to have a beater race. Too bad you'll clean my clock
The Magnum 5.9L does a great impersonation of an L98. It feels great for about 300 feet and then it just falls on it's face. Dodge really corked these engines up. The stock downpipes off the manifolds are only 1 7/8".
