I've been talking to miles from 9bolt.com, and he really doesn't want to ship to Canada.

Is there anywhere else to get a set of gears for 9 bolts?

 

There was a set of 3.70's for sale in the classifieds on Thursday or Friday. Have you looked into the install costs yet?

 

Strange, I wonder why he doesn't want to ship up here anymore. I got my used 4.10's from him about 6 months ago.

 

I think Reider Racing sells gearsets for 9 bolt rear ends. I tried to buy one off them but I have a 2 series carrier so there was no point.

I think I emailed SLP because they used to sell the gearsets and they gave me Reider Racings phone number. I cant find it but im pretty sure they had gearsets for sale.

 

Thats what I'm looking at now is a set of 4.11 he has used. How was the condition of the used ones when you got them?

He said he got burnt a couple times with people not paying the duty at the border, and he was stuck fixing the bill. The gears(used) and the install kit will run me $370US shipped in US, a little more to ship to canada.

They were in good shape, I took them to a couple of gear shops and they all said the same thing. But I'll find out how good they are in a day or two, I got the rear out of the car and I'am going to do them myself, wish me luck

I ordered the Street Machine mags over 2 months ago to see if there are any other sources for parts...I'll let you know when I get them and if they are worth getting.
