Anyone know where to sell a 2nd Gen camaro?

I am trying to sell the rolling chassis of my 80 Z28 and am trying to find a good place to put it for sale online in Ontario...

Its a four speed, T-top, posi, cowl induction car, wearing its original paint.

$3000 Cdn with all my extra parts. I am selling the turbo motor out of it in another post. I will make a deal for the complete car. Car is very very fast but I never rung it out. Clear title in my name.

Car needs paint. GM Documented as 1 of 8. Car is very solid except the bottoms of the doors are soft. New windshield. Extra fender, hoods, trunklid, front and rear spoilers, extra set of IROC rims, Hoosier Road Race tires, etc. many rare and valuable parts go with the car. Already took 1 van load from the shop to my house, and have another van load still at the shop.

Front end is entirely new. Brake system is entirely new. Car was never finished and never raced. Street legal. Trim is currently off of the car because I was going to get it painted. But its all there. All the safety gear is brand new.

The car has a 6 point roll bar in it with an X brace and removable door bars, subframe connectors, Energy Suspension bushings, lowering springs, adjustable shocks, 12" 1LE front disk brakes, rear 11.1" WS6 disks, 16x8 IROC rims with 245/50R16 Toyo's, fast ratio steering box, 1.125" solid front sway bar, rear 0.56" solid sway bar, hotchkiss rear suspension mods, front frame stiffening bars, solid body bushings, RCI race seats, current 5 point harness, ATL Fuelsafe fuelcell with -8 line to the front, 3.42 geared 8.5" 10 bolt posi rear, full nice condition interior except for rear seat, and much much more.

Lots of pics available. Can deliver in ontario for the price of gas. Located in Toronto.

1 of 8 four speed, T-top, Z28 camaro's built in 1980 for canada in white.

Here is a better description...

I am pulling the brand new engine and trans from the camaro and selling the rolling chassis and all the Camaro specific parts. This is a factory four speed, T-top car, with a factory cowl induction hood...the most desirable factory configuration. This car has been on Sports Car Revolution, and in Car Craft Magazine as a contestant for the Real Street Eliminator.

Its GM of Canada documented 1 of 8 built 1980 Camaro Z28 that is still wearing its original white paint. New drivers floorpan. Interior is in good shape and suspension, brakes, etc is all rebuilt. Never wrecked but the paint is baked. 80,000km original car - about 50,000 miles.

Here are the specs...

Body

It has very little rust, needs paint. Hood bracing is rusty but comes with two good hoods. Drivers floorpan was rusty but was replaced. Passenger side was good enough to only need 1 small patch. Bottoms of doors are soft but not rotted out. Cowl is not rotted, frame rails and trunk are excellant.

There is a custom 6 point roll bar with X brace (1.75" DOM tubing, 0.134" wall), camera mount, and removable door bars using the CE kit. Welded in 2" box subframe connectors taht go frame to frame through the floor, with solid subframe bushings, front frame stiffening bars and steering box brace like the hotckiss bars but beefier, ATL Fuel safe Fuel cell that has been suck into the truck floor, battery moved to trunk with remote solinoid and hidden battery shutoff with removable key, lightend front bumper, new bumper cover, -8 fuel line from fuel cell, proper rear firewall, factory cowl induction hood, has all the Z28 trim on it, and more in spares that go with it. T-top are all there and the seals are in good condition. All the four speed stuff is there (pedals, clutch linkage, shifter box on floor, console, etc

Overall a very solid car. Comes with a couple of front spoiler setups, stock rear trunklid and spoiler, etc. Has everything x2 almost.

Interior

RCI lightweight race buckets on RCI sliders, factory power windows, factory four speed console in very nice shape, orignal carpet, dash, etc. No back seat - roll bar makes it too hard to get back there anyways. Factory full guage package with 130mph speedo, current 5 point racing harness plus the stock belts, Racemark steering wheel, and more as I remember it. The carpet and dash are both faded but otherwise in cood shape. The console is very nice, as are the door panels, and trim.

Brakes

Car has the 1LE 12" front disk conversion with Brembo rotors that have been cryo'd and crossdrilled. New calipers, spindles, and complete lines. Rear brakes are Trans AM WS6 units that are all new, with new calipers, rotors, lines, e-brake cables, etc. Stainless Steel Brakes adjustable prop valve and Corvette master cylinder. All new. Just swapped the rear end in so brakes need to be bled again.

Front suspension
All rebuilt with Moog parts, Energy Suspension Urethane Bushings, 2" lowering springs (652 in/bs), adjustable shocks, welded subframe, 1.125" solid sway bar in greasable Energy mounts. Fast Ratio steering box, Z28 steering stops, 16x8 IROC rims with Toyo Proxess 245/50R16 rubber

Rear suspension
Stock rear springs with a 0.56" solid sway bar, hotchkiss rear suspension mod, adjustable shocks, and new uninstalled Energy bushing kit. 16x8 IROC rims with Toyo Proxess 245/50R16 rubber. Rear axle is a 8.5" ten bolt with WS6 axles, and a 3.42 geared Limited slip that was just swapped in to replace the original 3.08 gears.

Tons of parts go with car. Extra set of IROC rims, 2 full sets of Hoosier R compound DOT race tires, two extra hoods, extra fender, lots of trim, extra factory spoilers, trunklid, and tons more. Basically all my camaro stuff which I have been collecting over 3 years. Comes with all the GM documentation. Car is in my name with a clear title.

Drop in your engine/trans and throw on some paint and go. Big block or small block, stick or auto trans - this car can go any engine/trans, and is smog exempt. You can do whatever engine you want. Can deliver it in ontario. Lots of pics available. This was the turbocharged car, but the engine/trans is now sold.

$2500US/3000cdn...lots of pics available.

Pics from about a month ago. Still has the old cracked windshield in it. I was starting to remove the trim.

That rear spoiler has been on the car since 1980! A stock trunk lid and 3 piece spoiler goes with the car.

Another...the front fender lip is scraped down to bare metal and was dinged up when I got the car so I primerd it so keep it from rusting. That is not rust on the rear quarter, it is mud.

This car has been on Sports Car Revolution, and in Car craft magazine as one of the 25 finalists out of several hundred entries for the Real Street Eliminator. It was voted 14th. Only the top 7 got to compete.

The original nose was cracked so it has a new one installed. Two complete front spoiler assemblies go with the car. I have the spoiler off because it would hit with short ramps on car hauler. I was starting to prep the car for paint. I have a hundred other pics of the car.

The car was being built for the street and Solo 1 racing. It fits easily in class GT1 with the turbo motor in it. GT4 or GT3 Naturally aspirated.

Forgot to mention - car has been lightend extensively and comes in at just over 3000lbs complete with the motor and trans.

That is with full interior. You can still swiss cheese the rear bumper and remove the door bars to get it down to about 3000lbs even.
