dont you hate punk kids who think they are badass (venting)
i was out saturday at about 9pm to get some food and i see this mint 90? rs drive in to the parking lot. i watch him park behind my car so i get my food and go to my car. At this point i am going to compliment this guy about his nice car. i see he is about my age thats ok i think to myself that i will tell him about thirdgen and invite him to join so iget to my car put my key in the door to open it and put my food in. as soon as i open the door this jerkoff starts yelling at me that his car is this and that and how much faster it is than mine. this ******* wants to race and starts yelling at me to race him. ive got my girlfriend in the car so no ****in way am i racing anyone i dont play when i have passengers. so i start my car and because i am carbed ive got to give it some gas to start it up so i do and my car growls only went to about 2000rpm and as soon is i start i hear this guy redline 5 times in a row. i put it in first and pull away slowly. i was expecting him to follow but he didnt
i have always hated punks and i would have loved to walk all over this one but im not risking my girlfriends life over a punk like that. i will find him when i am on my own someday then ill take him. i wish drivers like that would stick to driving rice cars they have the attitude that most of them have. leave the f bodys to people who can appreciate them and other f body drivers. after all we are all on the same team.
this was one long vent

I find that's one of the wierdest things when I'm out driving...I've been greeted by strangers with similar vehicles, or people just to compliment my car...I, too, try and do the same. However, some people have such an attitude problem, you go to talk to them, and they act like you don't exist - kind of a "whatever" type of attitude. Regardless, I still give props (and toss a few revs in my slow car..

What colour was the RS Paul? I've seen a couple nice ones driving around town, but if I'm out in the Sunfire I don't even bother talking to them because half the time I get attitude...almost as if they don't believe I won an IROC or something.

Kennedy and Bovaird area. You'll know it was me by the blue license plate cover and "TFBM.org" stickers on side windows (assuming the windows are up though, there usually down). What about you?
And yeah, I think I might have seen that car up over by the City Centre one day. Did it have a loud aftermarket exhaust with big tips on the back? If so, then yeah, I've definately seen it.

The best response to punks driving around all big and bad, is to say something along the lines of, "wow, your mom's car is nice" Whenever i have used it, i get this classic, blank stare. Works like a charm, and they get all pissed off, even when it is theirs.
I hear ya guys!! I was at the track this summer and some guy in a IROC would not even talk to me... I said nice car, what does it have in it" and he walked right by me..hahahaha

My favorite comeback to loud mouths like that is "Can you back that up?". Then I race em and blow the doors off them
I find its always the guys with cars that run mabey low 14's at the best that always have the biggest mouth. All the cars I have seen that can actually run in the 12's or low 13's usually keep to themselves and don't say much to anyone unless you ask them about their car.

My Formula is showroom mint and I AIN't gonna race anyone and I'll tell you why -- I don't trust the other guy's driving. End of subject.
Raced a Poontang once and the guy unloaded in 2nd gear sending his tail towards me almost wiped me out. Another time (in Vancouver) I took the Cape Horn exit at about 90mph (banked 270 degree turn) and a lowered '89 GT on my tail he lost it trying to turn with my f-body (what an idiot you would think they would know better -- Mustangs DO NOT turn with f-bodies) I looked in my mirror and there was the GT in the ditch headlights pointing up...
I stick to myself now and when harassed simply excercise the power window button.

Duing the summer I was at a gas station and a I saw a 71 Chevelle SS parked. I went over to look at it and then the guy came out and told me how his car was recently finished from resto( This car was awesome, burgandy with black stripes). I complimented his car many times and then he saw my car and i noticed him looking at it I told him it was mine and he sad similar things about my car.
Then another time theres a guy in a 82-4 camaro berlinetta that was a junker and all he wanted to do was race, reving his engine almost stalling out when he let go of the gas. Anyway I got pissed of and dragged him on the road and obviously, i killed that bulley
