273 543.....how do I remember these damn things...? Maybe I'm just waiting until my 'lil 2.8 goes 'Ka-boom!', though since the ol' 2.8 in the Corsica went until 425000.....hmm......

5.7 before paint, Jer....5.7 before paint.

Bought the car from the dealer with 289,000km,
But my dash only read 179,000km!
so I did a little history check on my car, and the original km was actually 179,000!!
now the car has about 190 something.

1992_25t_1letpi,

yeah my car still runs strong after 252 000 kms....alot of the kilometers are highway...especially the ones i put on it..cause i live in the counrty. in fact it runs way stronger since i go it cause i put a good cam in it and a bunch of other speed parts on it...it was absolutely stock when i bought it.

im 190+ .. it runs very strong.. I was told the engine was rebuilt about 50k before I bought it and I've put about 10K on it. Runs good and strong, it response nicely when the pedal goes down.. in 2 years the only thing thats gone has been a leeky master cylindder..

pretty low KMs on mine
I have 70,500.6 kms on my Formula. I bought it with 63,000kms on it and only use it for some spring, all summer and some fall. It is mostly city driven with occasional excuses for a hiway trip -- it needs a new drive-shaft before I'll take it on any extended trip.

hey trigger GTA, my Formula is in pieces right now. TPI parts strewn about -- I am trying to find time to repair an intake leak (see pic). Otherwise I'd have it on the road already (sunny days only of course).

I plan to be at Grand Bend for the saturday but I'm sure we'll find an excuse to meet up before then. When does your 350 get re-installed ?

Wouldn't mind checking out skidoo68's IROC as well (he is in Waterloo) sounds like he has a low mileage '85 I think ?

Yah, I've seen these leaks before. Pain to fix eh ? Have to pull the intake and all that. Good excuse to dremel the TPI, maybe do an AFPR -- hey are those things really any good ?

I will have my car on the road in about 2 weeks and the first trip will be to Rudy Helds to get some MAC SFCs installed. I think you can watch as they do the work -- might find it useful to be there if you don't already have SFCs installed. Get an idea of what is involved ? Probably do some pulleys and a chip the same weekend.

Otherwise I think Saturday April 6th would be a good time to get together providing the weather is ok. I like to do early saturday morning runs out into Mennonite Country when the roads are empty and you can enjoy some freedom...
