dual-cooling fan-gotta question . . .

on my gta, I'm having a problem w/ 1 of the dual cooling fans (the on on the passenger side) it doesn't work-I went to get a replacement motor, replaced it, and it still doesn't work . . . but the one on the drivers side works-can I rig the 2 wires from the one that works to the one that doesn't work? or will that f-up the fuse system?
thanks for any ideas!!!!!!

The RH fan comes on when you run the air conditioning.

Both fans run off the same fuse, FYI. You should be fine.

I hooked the dark green/white wires together between the two fan relays. It's the ground for the relays turned on by the ECM so both fans are controlled by the ECM that way. It's never caused a problem for me.

The transistor life is shortened due to the extra heat generated by dumping twice the current into it. I am not sure of the safety margin GM added on this. Should work though.

Most of the TPI cars I've gotten with the dual fans, they both cam on at once. A wire was run between both relays, perhaps everyone did the same hack, or GM did. Not really sure, but thats my experience.

My other experience is, 220` is too freaking hot for a motot, unless its on the emmisions dyno ..
