Reluctor cracked

My reluctor is cracked, not on top but a nice crack across the bottom, where the magnet "star" is riveted to. Am I able to get just the main shaft/reluctor, or do I have to get the whole dist?

Does it affect anything? If so, get a used distributor and rebuild that one. I'm guessing it would be a fortune if GM sold it!

Turns out I can get the reluctor/ shaft from the dealer for 139.00 Canadian. Beats the 95.00 the wrecker wants for a used dist.
