89procharged-the intake was a lengthy procedure. I know that I saw somewhere that any machine shop could do it for $150? Well, here is how mine was done for $345, in my words, and it is perfect-both CNC and by hand:
1) weld 360 degrees around the port
2) weld 1/2" material to the roof of the port
3) re-machine the gasket face of the intake
4) machine the outside roof for valve cover clearance
5) dye the face and scribe to 1206
6) hand finish the ports
The other problem is that when your heads are already at a 1206, the stock intake runnner dividers do not match the heads. Those had to be re-machined to line up. Any other questions, or technical questions-Performance Concepts-319-373-6982. I am just the "driver"

Yes- I am running a 4" cowl-however, the brace is on it's highest setting- it can be lowered over an inch- we want to make sure that the engine doesn't torque up at all-then we will drop the bar down for final mount-they also have a design that is being fitted that allows for the stock hood

OMG!
I'm going thru the rest of your pics and I see all the porting that's been done to the plenum!!
Do you really need to flow that much?!

The new blower goes on this weekend, waiting for Blownbird's cogs to get here- the car will then go on the dyno for the DFI tuning on the 26th I hope
