Cam Question

Planning on building a 383, if i were to go with the vortech heads and the LT1 intake what cam specs would i be looking at. still want to keep it streetable, and will be using N20

Its not a great cam for the street, but I like having a mean daily driver.

If nitrous will be heavily used, and thats how you will be running it at the track you want a dual grind pattern with a wider intake/exhaust spread than normal to help rid the chamber due to the nitrious being introduced.

Short of that get a normal 383 grind... i'd recommend something close to..

230/240 @ .050
112 lsa
.500-.550 lift

That should be healthy and reasonable.
