I've heard that AFR 190s need to be drilled for the temp sensor and EGR. Is that true?

Mine had to be drilled for EGR but not sure about the temp sensor. I *believe* you can request that be done for you when ordering. It may depend on who you're getting them from though.

You have to tell them to drill for the temp sensor, which is around $40 extra.

I ordered my heads from Total Engine Airflow in KY. That's the cheapest place I found them. I think it was only $25 there to get the sensor holes tapped. Ask for Brian, he's a great guy.

Is there anything else I need to know other than the EGR and Temp sensor? As far as other holes being drilled?

I'm not sure what kind of engine you are using these on but I would have them milled to 64cc if you want to keep stock compression ratio. They come w/68cc chambers so if you put them on an L98 you will drop a few points of compression.
I had mine milled to 64cc so on a ZZ4, I'm making 9.6:1.

If so, than I would suggest having them milled down to 60cc. This way you would have a L98 Corvette-like CR.
I got mine from, Tenacious Performance, for $1450 shipped w/temp sensor drilling, heat risers and milling.
