crane compycam 2030

crane compycam 2030 ....duration 264'/274' lift 423'/446'

How is this cam with my 6spd tpi corvette? Is it a good cam with asm runners accels base, headers. Or is it a "miniram" cam?

Thanks

Think about the ZZ4 or GM HOT cam the ZZ4 is better for the TPI but if your thinking of changing the intake later to Super,Mini,or Stealth ram you really need something bigger.

The 2030 is fine if you don't feel like messing with the PROM, the LT4 hot cam will need some chip burning as it is fairly aggressive cam. The LT4 hot cam will be limited due to the flow capabilities of the stock TPI unit.

The powermax hydraulic roller 2030 cam is smaller than the factory 91 corvette TPI cam? I don't think think its smaller than the factory cam. Crane does however offer this 2030 cam in a flat tappet form that runs 139.99 from jegs. The roller version is 259.99 from jegs.
