Question about setup

With stock cast iron heads, will the Lingenfelter 219/219 camshaft and 1.6 rockers be poison to the valve train? Should I stick with the stock lifters and rockers? I am later going to go with Trick-Flow 23* heads, but for now I am on a budget.

I also have a SuperRam intake and TPIS big mouth manifold if that helps.

Are you asking if it's OK to swap around 0.550" lift into an engine with stock valvesprings? If so, ROFLMAO, which should answer the question
If you meant you'd be swapping springs and you're wondering about retainer to guide clearance then thats a better question. Stock retainers probably woulnd't work, but some shorter aftermarket pieces *may* come close. You'd want to measure it REGARDLESS of what anybody on this board says worked for them because with that much lift, factory production variance could kill you.
And then there's always the stock pull-out stud issue. I'd keep my ear open for a yanked stud every second the engine was turning with that much lift.

You'd probably be better off saving the cam money for heads first (unless you already have the cam or are getting it cheap.) Also factor in that you'll want to run guideplates in the new heads, so buying self aligning rockers right now is an unnecessary expense. And regular roller rockers are cheaper anyway.

Sorry, I know that it wouldn't work in stock form. I was suppose the real question would have been, "Would it be worth my time to change the intake, cam, rockers, and change the valve system now? Or should I just wait till I get my TFS heads?". That would have probably made more sense, however, you seemed to have answered that question. I guess that I will just put the intake on and leave it alone until heads come in.

New Question:
Will trick-flow's stock dual spring and vavle system work and be safe? Should I change anything out on those heads?

TIA
