yeah. I don't have names or web addresses, but there's a few. Try Ebay for ideas.

Heheheheheheh, just reading the new Summit flier valve cover section right now!!!

I don't know the exact demensions yet, but Summit makes a set of fabricated aluminum center bolt valve covers PN SUM-440336 listed at $194.39 a set. From what their tech says, they offer increased clearances for most valvetrain combinations. As with most fabricated sets, they may not have emission hook ups (you'd have to add those yourself).

Edlbrock also makes a set, but again, you'd have to ask the Summit tech for dimensions. Part numbers EDL-4246 or EDL-4247 depending on what year you have and which side your breather hole is on.

$200 for valve covers.. NOT! how about spacers. There has to be good decent pairof valve cover spacers out there. then you just need longer bolts

I have seen die cast aluminum tall valve covers for centerbolt heads. They were like 90 bucks at a swap meet...but you can get the same thing online for around 120 or so.

Be careful because tall valve covers look like they will hit the stud on the back of your alternator if you have the full serpentine setup.

FWIW: I have factory steel covers and other than looks...they fit with my Comp Pro Mag roller rockers just fine...not sure if that is why you are looking or not...but just my .02.

I picked up a set of tall polished aluminum off e-bay for $54. They are on there quite frequently.

Did you install them yet? If you have the serpentine setup was the alternator in the way?

There should be no interference with the altenator, the positive bolt on the back of the altenator will be close, however, there is room it trim the bolt a bit shorter if necessay. That little black plastic cap over the bolt, if you still have it, will have to be removed, but otherwise, no problem.

On the passenger side the air diverter box will have to be shimmied a bit to get it to have a touch of clearance above the valve cover.
