suggestions on best $100 or below part
i'm just wondering, i have the tpis book so i know all the free stuff. i just like the opinion of you f-body people. i'm a poor student right now but i can't just lay off the car modding. what has gotten the best results. thanks
The only part I can think of for less than 100 bucks is a K&N filter. Other than that you can upgrade part of your ignition system, like plugs, wires, etc,,,to something like Accell or MSD. Also the 02 sensor plays a key role in keeping the engine running right.

opps my fault for not saying what i have. ok, 8mm taylor wires, msd coil and ignition, air foil, holley power shot filters. i think i'm more wondering about the afpr or some items to cool the engine better. would it be any faster with white faced gauges?
also to people with the afpr that took a good look at before installing ... is it possible to put a bolt thru the stock fpr cover to adjust the stock regulator?

an afpr is a good idea-itz like 70 depending on the brand you choose.
pulleys- about 125 when all said and done. you will need a new belt. my suggestion is to get march under drive power and amp pulleys.
a flow tech muffler- charts have shown they flow beter than flowmaster, i plan on getting one but like you am a student and have no cash flow.but neway-- the crossflow is like 75 and then you will need new exhaust tips. another 65
or just get the singlein/single out muffler. do a lttle handy work and make it it then go to local muffler shop and have them bend up a custom tail pipe that tucks away. this will cost you about 70-100 when done.
