stumble when gas hit fast

hi guys i swapped to a 7730 ecm this winter and installed a cc 305 cam it runs good other than when i hit the gas fast it stumbles for a sec then takes off any ideas heres my combo
383 stroker ed wright chip "till i get a hang of burning"
195cc afr heads lt1 intake 10.5 compression holley 52mm 30# svo injectors 1.6 rr u think its in the chip or elseware

Yep sounds like it to me. Same thing happened to a buddy when he did his heads/superram. said mid/top end was awesome but low end sucked. They did everything in the chip to get it running right but the pump shot. I mentioned it to him at a gathering we all had and they messed with it next and he said it was much better.

Now he is tring to track down a really bad knock retart situation we cant seem to find.
