I havent got a code for the EGR yet after installing my HSR, is this good or bad? I am still running the stock chip with an Ed Wright chip 2 chip

I notice you are from massachusetts. A relocated MAT (a given with a HSR) can make the ECM not use the EGR unless you're in summertime like temps. You have to set the EGR enable temp (based on IAT) much lower to get proper function. No attempt at use, no code.
Also, 32 only sets under pretty specific circumstance. Like cruising at 50-60mph on a pretty level road for 5 minutes or so.
