computer question!

Would i have to do any programing to my computer to put a bigger cam in. Like maybe a 206/210 450/480. Some thing like that.

that is a really mild cam and the computer should be able to handle it. when you get intake duration over 212* you should start to worry about computer problems.

87 iroc 305 tpi
mods= 2800 stall ,373 gear, edlebrock headers ,flowmaster exhaust, tpi airfoil, and a cutout for exhaust.

the stock duration is 202/207, so a cam with 206/210 will feel stock, and idle smooth.

so if i go bigger then will i have to do some tunning. Also do i have to buy a computer controlled cam or can i by something besides that. like a extreme energy can from comp.

as long as you keep the lca over 112* and intake duration under about 218* you'll be fine, especially since you have a maf system,

crane cams makes computer controlled cams that are CARB inspected and stuff, they would be a good choice.
