Stealth Ram Rail-Mount Fuel Pressure Gauge?
What are you guys with Stealth Rams running for a rail-mount fuel pressure gauge? I'd really like to run an autometer ultra-lite 2 1/16" gauge, but I'm not sure what fittings I'll need to hook it up. What size and thread is the port on the stealth ram rail? Would any of the adapters from http://www.anplumbing.com/shop/shop1...auge!_Adapters Adapters work for me?

Thanks! I just checked out your website and saw your Spohn Tranny crossmember, and it sure looks like you've got studs in there. How'd ya pull that off, I want to it too!

Easy. 1/2" wheel studs fished in from the top. A must after the factory holes were stripped out.

By "fished in", you mean you drilled out the holes to 1/2", manuvered the stud to drop though the hole, and just tighetned it down until the knurl pressed into the nut inside the frame rail? Sounds like a pain in the ***, but so is dealing with the crap-*** stripped out bolt holes there... Any particular size wheel stud? Thanks!

Buy your studs first, then drill the hole out slightly smaller than the knurled shoulder of the stud. I used a coat hanger bent into a sheppards hook to loosly hold the stud. Fish it in through the oval hole in front of the studs, drop it down in the hole, push the hook forward to release, pull stud down with your fingers & thread the nut on. Tighten the nut to seat the stud. It really was not hard. Did the whole job in about 45 mins.

What I want to know is why havent I seen more people do this? Stripping those threads out seems to have happened to just about anyone who has removed the tranny crossmember and tried to reinstall it. Thanks for the info!

How long are the studs you used? I've been searching the net and it looks like a pretty standard length is around 3 inches. That just seems really long, especially if I'm going to have to fish it in there blind.
