I have a bypassed heater core and throttle body and took off all coolant lines for them last night and now i am going to run a coolant line from the front fitting on the front of the tpi base to the radiator fitting just below the cap.Now can i just take those two fittings and cap them off instead of routing a line connecting them or will i have some kind of problems.

 

You can cap all the fittings off without any problems.
