Anyway to increase Throttle return resistance?

Anyway to increase Throttle return resistance on a TPI?
the little spring on my Throttle Body isnt as tight as i wanted it to be.....any way to increase it? i noticed its sorta riveted in...

why again? I didnt know there was a carb-like spring? just the one mounted to the blade axle? Im assuming he ment to make a braket and put a carb spring from there to the throttle.

well the current spring on my throttle body is sorta loose.. and i can feel a gap of pedal, rather then increase the idle, id rather increase the throttle resistance, i was hoping there was a way to do it without fabbing a bracket and without buying a new TB.
