Dyno'd my car at Wildwood this weekend.

Put it on that mobile dyno thing, I was curious, didnt expect much out of her being stock with headers, cats, and cat-back and 157,xxx on her.

232hp/327tq

+20% average for the motor and its:

278hp/392tq

Nothing Impressive, but Im happy!

What could I do to possibly get 300 for the engine number.

Anything that will open up the intake side...you were smart to do the exhaust first as it is pretty restrictive...but open up the intake now and see the improvements...the stock runners and/or base need to be ported or upgraded...

Are you sure the first numbers you got aren't at the flywheel? They seem a bit high. Anyhow, you calculated it wrong. You can't just add 20% because 100/80 is 1.25, not 1.2. Using this, you get 290 horsepower. Seems a bit high to me. If not, good for you and you're closer than you think.

No they are rite, it was 3 pulls, not corrected for flywheel so it was rear wheel. For HP they were #1=227 #2=232 #3=229

I forget all 3 Tq numbers. They are mailing me the printout of my best run, it was a mobile thing and their printer took a crap.

Those are good numbers for the little bit of work done! Anything you do now to the intake side is going to bump power significantly.
