Finally I have a setup ready, Check it out!!

Well, here goes--

355, all forged internals,(eagle)
Afr 190's,
Lpe 219 cam,
Accell 24 lb injectors,
Accell base plate,
SLP, heavily ported runner's (cut half way down)
52mm TB,
Plenum to heads is fully port matched!!(superram soon)
Comp. around 10:1
3.23 gear, 2500 stall, transgo kit, built 700r4
TES headers(blah)..no cat's, 3in hooker cat back.

Those are the basics, what kind of #'s are possible with this set-up??

Thank's, I mainly put this up to double check and see if anyone has a suggestion to make it better, or tell me I am going the wrong way with something. I know people post like this all the time, and it is impossible to give a real accurate answer.

The plan is solid. It will be nice to start and even better once the SR in place of the SLP runners.

I hear you with the SR, My main goal was to put the money into the bottom end to start(and the heads of course!) I was told by the builder it should take a 300 shot at ease. I am not using nitrous though, I wan't to get a blower next spring.

My trans is fully rebuilt to handle around 500ft lbs of torque. But to answer your question, you do have to beef up the trans when you start the heavy modding.

BLWR PWR has pretty much the same setup(with the SR) but his is a 383. And it is procharged. His car is a monster. Ill see if I can get this pic of it to work.

What kind of mph are you looking for with that setup or do you know what your friend is running w/ the procharger? Thanks.

He hasnt dynod it yet but I am sure it is up there. He babies the car too. At our last meet, he was worried that it might rain and that his car hadnt seen rain in 7 years. I dont have the drive to be that good of an owner. We are trying to get a meet together that will be a dyno day also. When we do I will let you know the numbers it puts down.
Also, Im not sure what blower he has but it is not the quiet one. When he pulls up you know he has a bad boy and a blower. It is awesome!
