In siamesing aftermarket runners, you just cut away the material inside and smooth it down. Siamesing stock runners would be more difficult. You'd not only have to cut everything you want to get rid of out between the runners, but also weld a plate over them to reseal. Using anything other than welding would probably fall apart eventually(thinking jbweld or some epoxy?).

yeah i was thinking some high temp epoxy with, this sounds weird, but the metallic tape you use on temporary exhaust repairs, because i was told welding aluminum is really hard due to the fact it can warp due to the heat and i dont know anyone with that expertise in welding, but if it wont mess up the runners my buddy welds

Tig welding is about the only choice you have.

IMO the vibration is going to kill the epoxy idea before it gets off the ground. The stock runners are so flimsy I bet they sing like mad at operating RPM's.

I have been doing a lot of research in this area, and the best bang for the buck seems to be the SLP runners.

Good luck

If you really want to go the Siamesed route, then go with the SLP runners. They are already 2 inches siamesed on the plenums side and can be fully gutted out with time and effort.

Mine have been opened up more and ported 3inches intot he runner. You'll see more top end HP and lose a bit of low end torque.

Yeah - the SLPs are a good buy. $250.00 about and with caution and skill they can actually be siamesed far enough in to create a much wider powerband than TPI is known for. Almost akin to the LS1 runners killer midrange/topend.
