Intermittent fire. What am I missing?

Car is still cranking with no fire. I thought I had it fixed, but apparently, I didn't. I got it running a couple weeks ago long enough to use the scanner. The minimum air was reset (installed a new IAC), TPS was readjusted, and the timing was set to 6*. The car ran fine. I started it up and shut it down quite a few times with no problems whatsoever.
Noid lights are blinking on every connector. Resistance at each injector is 14ohms. Fuel pressure is 46psi and fuel is getting into each cylinder.
Entire ignition system has been rebuilt and every test I could find has been run. Spark is getting to each plug and all plugs are firing.
Minimum air has been set to 650rpm when it decided to run, so air is getting to all cylinders.
Grounds are good and tight. Battery is nice and strong. The only test I hadn't done was with the VATS, but I did that this morning and I'm reading 1132ohms on the key, at the connector, and at the connector with the key in the "on" position.
ECM and chip are presumably good. I tried different combinations with another computer and another chip, and still no dice.
I'm running an LPE 219 cam with stock ported heads and larger valves, and ported intake and runners. I wouldn't think the stock tune would be the problem because the car ran fine for two months after the heads/cam swap.
Does anyone have any ideas what in the world I could be missing here? I desperately need this car running by March.

Hmm...
It's still lingering. It cranked up fine the other day and ran in the garage for a few minutes before I shut it off. Now it's cranking and cranking again.
I've done everything you've sent me so far and still no luck. I'm wondering if it isn't something to do with the computer wiring or something. I don't even know where to begin checking if I can find any that may be pinched or broken.

I guess this is an ongoing problem that you are reposting? Sometimes it starts and runs and sometimes it doesn't?

It's more like it starts every once in a blue moon, but 99% of the time, it will just turn over and over again.

Okay, it's air fuel or spark. Are you sure it's getting fuel and air and spark? Check for fuel smell out of exhaust. Check for spark by pulling of a plug wire and verifying it's getting spark. Air, crack the throttle blade a little.

I'm beyond the basics now. That's all been tested time and time again.
I'm doing more research on the MAF right now. I get a code 34 all the time, even though the MAF and the circuits test out fine. When I unplug the connector though, the car still doesn't fire up. I can't come tell whether the MAF is the problem or not.

Way beyond the basics means you are SURE you have spark, fuel and air, correct?

If yes, then the problem is with the spark timing.

Yep. I have air. When it decided to run a couple weeks ago, I set the minimum air.
Spark is good. I checked every plug for spark with my handy-dandy homemade plug tester (screw the plug into a piece of steel bar and ground it).
Fuel is good. I actually got someone to crank it while I was holding the fuel rail above the intake. Every one was spraying.
