if you threw parts at the problem and that did not solve it, it's most likely a wiring problem. check the voltage at the dark green out put wire of the maf. turn on the igniton and check the voltage. if you get a near zero reading check the voltage of that green wire at it's connection to the ecm, terminal b-12. if 5 volts there is an open in the green wire somewhere that needs to be fixed. if zero volts and the connection is OK...replace the ecm
: .
back to when you turn the ignition on... if you get 5 volts check the purple power supply wire to the maf. if 12 volts check the maf ground. if you get 12 volts find terminal G on the ALDL connector in the car, apply 12 volts to G. recheck the purple wire for 12 volts. if you still don't get 12 volts check the wiring to the maf power relay. if the wiring for the relay is ok replace the relay. before you go and buy a relay take it out and test it by applying 12 volts and a ground to the low current coil side of the relay. it should click not rattle or vibrate. i hope this helps somewhat.
if you find a flow chart for this code at the end it tells you to check the fuel pump fuse, if ok, replace the oil pressure sending unit. this is because the oil press. send unit acts as a back up for supplying voltage to the fuel pump. good luck.
