Whats all needed?

its a 91 z28 camaro z28 auto 350 tpi. I would like to run low 13's with out rebuild b/c it only has 90,000 miles on it. Also i dont want nitrous and i have to pass the exhaust sniffer. I only have about $2,000 can it be done on that amount of money???

I would say some shorties, cutout, and some tires nitto 555r and u will be set

It should thats what i have got done to my 305 and im running around 14.65 the 350 should run that stock the headers will help you alot the stall will help u launch and the tires will help you with the stall and i forgot to mention gears to i have 373 and they do pretty good!

Well all that wont cost me $2,000 how fast can i make my car for $2,000 ?? Thanks for the help. I thought that i read that 3.73's were bad for stock tpi b/c they dont breath on top end???

3.73s are bad for stock tpi. solution? buy an HSR and 3.73s
then buy a cam and a cutout until you can get a nice new exhaust setup. prepare for a time faster than 15s and be happy with what ya get

*EDIT btw, a cutout is a unit placed in the exhaust system before the muffler and usually before the cat that lets the exhaust escape quicker and makes it loud as all hell and fun

What if i got a 2800 stall, **** kit, B&M ratchet shifter, headers, H pipe, not cats to flomasters, port pleum, and new runners, cai, and a big mouth intake manifold with a very streetable cam, with Nittos. With all that what do you guys think it would run?? I didnt know that these cars could be made very quick with little mods. I would like to know a rough estimate and what a 1/4 it would run with this done to it. Thanks Alot!
