throttle body for 88 or 89 ta

whats the difference in the throttle body
for an 88 trans am or an 89 trans am
is it the gas pedal hook up ??

Engine: 355 w/AFR 195's Elem. 400/430 HP/TQ

Transmission: Tremec T-56

Axle/Gears: 12 Bolt 3.73

The '88 cable uses a pin and clip
The '89 uses a cable wrap around.
