will a TPI intake fit on a V6 ?
I have a 1992 camaro rs with the 3.1 v6. i recently bought the dual snorkle to try to increase my HP and have tried to install it but the air tube on the v6 does not reach the snorkle. do you know if the air tube off the TPI v8 will reach? or if the dual snorkle is compatible with the v6. any information will help

the air cleaner assembly (i.e. the dual snorkel) is the same for the V6 and TPI camaros, except that the V6 model has an engine sensor mounted on the box.
Anyway, the accordian piece that goes between the air cleaner box and the throttle body is completely different. It's substantially longer on the V6, due to the fact that the V6 is a smaller motor. The piece from a TPI car won't even come close to fitting.
