Intermittant Code 36, est? maf burn off?

Engine: 350 HO 330 GM
Transmission: 700r-4
Intermittant Code 36, est? maf burn off?
Or, could it be a dirty air filter? I charged the KN filter and she seems to be more responsive....I also switched from 93 octane to 89....could this be the culprit?

I had the same thing this winter, I unplugged and replugged the maf in and it has gone away.
It wouldnt be the gas, only air flows through the maf anyways
