Injector pulse

I've been working on my sister's car for a few hours now. It runs like crap even after changing injectors, pick-up coil, ignition module, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter. I finally started pulling injector plugs off one at a time. This seemed to greatly effect the engine on the driver's side, but it didn't have any affect when I did this on the passenger's side. So, I started checking for injector pulse and there doesn't seem to be any on the passenger's side. What could cause this?

On my drive home, I was thinking about it and was wondering if one of the fuses labeled "INJ1" or "INJ2" could cause this. Am I on the right track?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Ok, I just had my sister go check the fuses. Sure enough, there was a blown fuse. She says the car is running much better, but still has a rough idle with a little bit of a surge.

Have her disconnect the ecm, or unplug the battery for a few minutes, then go out for a test drive.

Yeah, that was real helpful advice. If you're just going to be a smart @ss, don't bother responding.

Listen dickwad, the reason to disconnect the ECM is to clear it's learned state from running on only 4 injectors.

Name calling, now that's real mature. Anyways, if you were sincerely tring to be helpful, I apologize. It would have helped to mention what you were trying to accomplish by unhooking the computer or the battery in the first place. Thanks for the idea.

Interesting, you call me a smartaxx, then cite my lack of maturity for name calling.
