Miniram Question...

One quick question here. I have a miniram and a new 58mm TB. I got the thermostat housing from tpis for the miniram but it still hits the nipple on the plate on the bottom of the TB. How did you guys get it to fit, cut off th enipple or just not put that plate on the TB??? Thanks for any help.

I cut off both of the coolant passage nipples on mine.... No need for them with the coolant no longer being routed to the TB anymore.... Looks much cleaner without them too.

I also cut the coolant nipple off in the front. Out here in the People's Republic of Kalifornia, there's no need for coolant in the TB.

Welcome home! Good to see that you're back. As for me, things are well, still no word on when I will be going though.... It's just rumor after rumor, you know how it goes. I'm G-to-G when the time comes though!

Where did you get that breather for your valve covers??? I have the same ones and can't find a breather to fit. The holes in the covers are not the standard 1 1/4" diameter. Where did you find one that fits???
