Siamesing base with super ram uppers?

Anyone siamese the base manifold and have superram uppers? how much power gains can be expected and rpm increases, with 350-355ci with 224/230 cam?

How much material did you remove, or how far in did you go?

Would this screw up air flow into the cylinders in any way? causing lean/rich conditions?

Looking for at least 400hp crank on 355. Shouldnt be hard to do with this combo, just wanting to know if its worth it siamese the base to gain all the power possible.

Dont do it...................

Just make sure everything is gasket matched to the ACCEL gaskets and good and hogged out otherwise relative to sound and proven porting techniques.

Do not siamese the setup, all who have experimented down this path in the past have found no usefull outcomes, plus it will kill the resale-value of your parts.

There are way to many fast SR cars out there for you to need to think that you all the sudden want to be diferent.

Peace

You should be able to get 400 crank horse power without siamesing the intake manifold. This is providing that you have good heads, a good exhaust system and and a good intake system. We have people here locally making 400 plus HP with smaller cams. Allen

All? I think not.

That said, I wouldnt do it on a superram setup, the runners are already shorter and quite larger than stock.
