error code help!
ok im a dumbass lol but i cant find out what code this is, it flashes 3 times then pauses then flashes 1 more time, then repeats 3 times (according to the book that is supposed to happen) but thats the only error code that shows up. but i dont know what it is so help lol
Thats a faulty MAF or MAP sensor, whichever you're car has. My car had the same problem, turns out the maf sensor was unplugged lol. In case you're wondering, it plugs in right on the bottom of the tube going from the throttle body to the air box. Hope this helps.

If everything is plugged in. Don't purchase a MAF sensor before you purchase the relays. It is very often these will go out and people waste $200 on a MAF sensor when they could have just paid $14 each and purchase two relays.

The service manual has the test procedure for each code. Before wasting money on anything, I'd suggest trying to find the flow chart for that code.
I had a code that indicated bad MAF, followed it through, flowchart said bad MAF, and it was. Had I just thrown parts at the problem because MAF was expensive, I would have been out those costs as well, and there is no reason to replace components that work.

One of the ways to test is just swap the connectors.
On my setup the relays are close enough together that I can just swap the connectors.
If one relay is bad and the other isn't, whatever problem you had will be gone, and you will have a new problem that is repeatable.
I'm not a big fan of throwing money at problems. Relays don't fail very often in my experience. I know they do, just not often. The GM ones (at least) seem to be VERY robust.
