as far as what?

i made my own intake from the thick black 3" PBC pipe from home depot.. and also a 8" K&N round filter.. which goes through the plate next to the charcoal canister and the air filter mounts in front of the air dam.

good seat of the pants difference when i drove it. i spent 38$ on the filter and 23$ in tubing from Home Depot.

those SLP after market things are WAY over priced. you'll find a lot of people have made their own, from other parts or cars.

Stock factory L98 Dual Snorkel with the Air Boxes cut. 2 air filters there and good to go. I'm using the one that was on my V6 because its exactly the same all I had to pick up is the TPI Boot for SD which you can get on ebay for little to nothing...

Are you talking intake manifold or air intake system?

I really like this SLP unit I had,

But SLP no longer lists it in it's catalog.

Do you want to stay TPI or just want a good manifold. See the sticky at the top of the TPI forum on the intake shootout.

Well....the Edelbrock or Accel manifold is about the best out there. There is always the Big Mouth TPIS manifold as well...but in a comparison...the Edelbrock flowed more cfm.

The big mouth is the edelbrock manifold (IIRC so is the accel), just ported. It flows better than either one.

Yep, it was made by SLP, sold for $299. I put my battery in the spare tire well of the car.
I've been looking in the classifieds for one for the past 2 years.
