TPS voltage fine-TPS% WRONG-Help
After installing the new ecm today(730) my car cranked and idled fine. I set my NEW tps voltage to .54v at idle. When i give it gas the voltage goes up but the TPS% wont go above .02-.05%. Im using Tunerpro RT. How can the TPS voltage go up but the TPS% wont go up.
There is 3 wires going to the TPS. Is there a specific wire(s) just for the TPS% reading?
Is there a specefic wire(s) for the TPS voltage reading? My car is still on the side of the road and i cant do anything.
When i give it gas the TPS voltage goes up but the TPS% wont. Because the TPS% wont go up the injector pulse width wont go up accordingly either. So with it being like that i can get enough gas to get it down the road.
Heres my other post pertaining to it.

See your other post too*sigh*
Anywho, check the grds on the back of the cyl. heads. Remove and clean them and secure them tightly.
Any possible water into the ecm?
Did u solder the memcal or running an adapter board?
3 ecm's in 3 years? U have something wrong. U have bad injectors the ohm too low possibley, cooking the inj drvr. Or a bad solenoid somewhere that is slowly cooking the ecm or you have a solid short somewhere letting it overheat. I've also seen a few ignition swithc scenarios really make the ecm do stupid things.
Bottom line is 3 ecm in 3 yrs, I'm willing to lay money on you have some other issue, if you dont have the knowledge to do wiring/electrical yourself, you may want to find someone near you who does.

The start pinning wires :-) Get a diagram and go.
Its just 12v and 5v stuff and normal resistance issues. Something is causing it to cook. Just finding it will be fun, or easy , just deoends on where it is lol

UPDATE!
Might have located the problem.
Im only getting 16-18psi. 42psi is what im supposed to be getting.
The fuel pump is not even 1 year old. But the funny thing is that Tunerpro is saying that im getting 14.8v +dc at my pump when my battery voltage is only 14.3v +dc. Bad relay?

Im going to tomarrow. I filled my tank up about 15 minutes before all this started. Its was raining real bad and at some irani gas station. Maybe that might have something to do with it.
Could a clogged filter cause that much psi loss?
