Check Engine

okay the check engine light was on in my car for about 10 years now it seemed... everytime i ran it through the scanner it was brought up to be the MAF Sensor.. i bought a new one.. NOT CHEAP... and it was the same.. i didnt know what to do.... i just started going on to everything people wanted 400 dollars to fix it... etc etc prices werent looking cheap until oneday i thought doesnt this have a RELAY? and yes i was right... it did it has 3 i bought the MAF sensor Power Relay.. swapped it out and my check engine light problems have been solved.... and all the relay cost at GM is 11 dollars... wow what a pain in the ***... i posted this cuz i know of alot of third gens with the check engine MAF sensor problem.. so before you go out and spend hundreds of dollars trying to get it turned off... try the relays...... trust me if thats all it is you saved your *** a whole lot of cash.. the MAF sensor alone was 180 after taxes and ****..... hope this post helps someone.....
