MY cars cooling fans wont go on. I think my right fan may be dead, but my left i know works...i put in my code reader and put the key in the on position and the fan comes on. Ive checked the relay and ground...there both good. I changed the thermostat, coolant temp guage switch, fan switch and coolant temp sensor...nothing

any other suggestions?

For starters, pull the connectors on the motors and verify power is going to them when they are supposed to be on. You can ground the relays to force them to come on. Do a search and you can find the wiring diagrams for both fans. How hot does it get without a fan coming on?

Pull the connector that hooks to the fan switch in the passenger side head. Tough it to ground with the ignition switch on. This will make the fan turn on. If not, the the fan motor or relay is bad.

Unplug the fan switch. Touch a piece of wire to the connector and touch it to the frame, motor, suspension, or even to the side of the fan switch itself. The switch heats up and makes ground to complete the circuit.
Did you happen to replace the fan switch?
If you have, did you use teflon tape on the threads?
You should not have. It is a dry seal.
Can not have anything dirupting the ground.

That is the relay. Sounds like it is working.
Do you have a wiring diagram for the car?
Looks like you are going to need a meter and start checking the wires.
