cold start plug size for fuel rail

cold start plug size for fuel rail

does anybody know what size plug/cap is neede to plug the fuel rail? i think i have a leaking csi and want to plug the fuel rail.

14mm x 1.5 I believe. I used a solid lug nut. I took the adapter out of the rail, drilled and tapped the inside, thread sealant on a small bolt, reintalled that, and then put the closed end lug nut on with thread sealant. I was waiting for the offical plug, but the supplier took too long, and I did this. You can not see it, so it is all good. Sold the plug when it arrived for more than I paid for the thread sealant, bolt, and lug nuts...

thanks. i was gonna go to the hardware store and buy a cap if i could find the correct size. i might take the adapter out and take it with me just in case.

That is what I did.... I could not find the right size at the hardware store. I got the tap and other stuff there, then stopped at advance moron auto parts, and tried the lug nuts.
