can I put a accel super ram on a stock 350 tpi with the stock chip and benefit from it ? or will it be 2 much air?

I can't give a defintie amount, but I would think you should see a gain, especially with the better breating capability about the "wall" stock TPI hits around 4500 RPM.
I just checked for you - Lingenfelter claims a 15-20 HP gain on a stock motor but I don't know if the chip was stock altho I would assume so for that comparison. Check out http://www.lingenfelter.com for more info on it. Or Summit....
