Car almost stalls and is very sluggish.

Car almost stalls and is very sluggish.
Whenever i give the car more than around 40 percent throttle the engine wants to stall. It aslo wants to idle really low and stall if no gas is given. Any ideas what could cause this?

Found out I am throwing a code 33. I think it is more the TPS than the MAF because i have been having problems with the TPS for the past year that i can't figure out.
